pivot bars for Harvey double hung window; window installed around 2000-2006

Photos show the part I am seeking -- a pivot bar from another identical window (both a free one and one installed), the fixture in the track into which the pivot bar inserts, the dimensions of the pivot bar, and one of the broken pivot bars. Both L and R are identically fractured.
I would be soooo grateful if you can find this part. To this lay-person/novice it appears the window would tolerate the 'arm' that has the screw holes being longer if needed.
