pivot bars and balance shoes for Bonneville windows (2001)

Question

In 2001 we built a home and had Bonneville windows installed. We are having difficulty finding parts. Several of our windows have broken pivot bars and broken balance shoes. We are thinking of purchasing 10 each just to be safe, but can't find these anywhere online and the 1 (800) number we were given for Bonneville is no longer active.

This setup looks similar to the one shown in this old discussion. We cannot confirm that what we suggested in that thread will work, but they are the best matches we have.

I do wonder if the pivot shoe is the same. Could you show me a few pictures of it removed from the window? Some of the more important details are obscured. Maybe seeing it out will help us find a better match.
