I have Simonton windows and the pivot lock shoe broke on both sides. Do you sell replacement parts for this? The metal bands are in tact, and the number printed on the band is 4085 or 408S. Thanks!

Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. I recommend the 15-192, this should work well as a replacement.
