pivot lock shoe

I have Pennco windows (not sure which model). I removed the pivot lock shoe and it looks exactly like the 15-208. It is 1 & 1/4" x 1& 1/4" but it is only 17/32' thick. I was wondering if the 9/16" is the actual thickness or a nominal thickness or does that include the metal piece in the middle. Any help would be appreciated.

Note, the 15-208's 9/16" measurement is the thickness of the shoe which doesn't include the metal cam.

I decided to measure again and it probably is 9/16". I'll just go ahead and order the 15-208. Sorry for the confusion.
