I am looking for a guidespring that goes into a pivot lock shoe
This is for a 3 rivers dbl hung tilt out window

Can I see a few pictures of the spring and of the pivot shoe itself? That will help us determine what you have and what can be used to replace this hardware. Thanks!

I bought the pivot lock shoes 15-015 from you previously
now we need the part at the bottom of the window that fits into the shoe lock
i is spring loaded the other is stationary

Thank you for naming the pivot shoe. However, I'm afraid that's still not enough information to go by. We will need to see pictures of the part you are describing. If possible, we will need to see them fully removed from the window, as well. You can upload those pictures directly to this thread. That is the only way we can identify what it is you need. Our operators cannot identify parts over the phone for this reason.
