pivot lock shoe and sash lock keeper

The keeper is 2 7/8 inches long and about 1/2 inch high.
The pivot lock shoe is about 2" high. Hard to see the width because the edge is hidden but it looks like about 1 1/8".

Hello there!

The pivot shoe looks like an older version of the 15-180. The Series 190 are the compatible springs. The 90-307 comes to mind for the keeper but I recommend you review the specifications below to confirm they match what you're searching for.
