pivot lock shoes

Question

Could you help me locate this part for my window. The coil broke and I can't find it any where. There is no name on the windows. The part that attaches to this holds the window in place. I have searched the coil and can't locate the # for the coil. This is a double hung window.

The nylon cover looks like our 15-086. If you agree, then you might want to consider our Series 160 spring for the coil itself.
