HiSWISCO-Team,

I need 10 pivot lock shoes and 2 Spiral Window Balance for my windows.

The only desciption I can find on the Vinyl Windows is R Plus WPG IGMAC 08-98.

pivot lock shoes: height 2 1/2" , width 1 1/4", depth 17/32"

Spiral Window Balance 26" long, 5/8" diameter metal tube red tip.

What spare parts can you recommend.

Hello, Berno. Based on your picture and dimensions, our 15-178 looks like it would be a good match. This is also 1-1/4" wide and 17/32" thick.

As for the spiral balance, you want either our Series 900 if you have a 3/8" diameter tube or a Series 600 if you have a 9/16" diameter tube.
