I believe you may have a discontinued pivot bar that we see from time to time. You might be able to substitute our 26-021 pivot bar but we'll need to see your pivot shoe cam without the pivot bar in, as well as the pivot bar removed from the sash to confirm. Can you send a few more photos to make sure we identify the correct replacement for you? Thank you!
