pivot pin for my window

A quick learner from USA says:
Hi,

I called your customer care office this afternoon about my windows missing pivot pin issue.

Here is the background of my window. I moved in to my current house about 15 years ago. The manufacture of my window is Silver Lining. The windows are covered by 25 years warranty. But couple weeks ago one of my window's top sash fell. It looks like this sash missing a pivot pin. After couple of weeks research I been told that Silver Lining not produce those parts any more. They ask me to look help from your company.

Please see the attached two pictures which were requested by Silver Lining when they tried to help me solve the issue.

Please let me know if you need more info to identify the part.

Thanks,
Qin

Thanks for posting. Based on your photo I think you might have a Silverline 1200 Series window. The tilt bar for that window's top sash is our 26-412, but that might be not the only thing wrong. Please check your balance system that raises and lowers the sash. That might be the issue you're having. Otherwise, just carefully go over our 26-412 to confirm that it matches up.
