pivot pins don't fit

A quick learner from north carolina says:
screw holes line up but the pivot tab is wrong. don't know the window manufacturer
ordered and got pivot bars 26-310 with a code of l-1567-1 but the bar is too wide.
what can i do to fix this?

located and ordered what seems to be the correct pivot bar (26-326).

should know in a few days.

The 26-326 would have been our recommendation as well. As long as your dimensions match up to the ones on our product page, you shouldn't have any problems.
