pivot post sash carrier

I have a number of windows with stubborn or broken pivot post sash carriers, that need replacing. The one i have removed has PAT# 6679000 stamped on it. Its measuring 1" wide, 1/2" deep, and approximately 2-3/8" tall. Do you have something that would be a suitable replacement?

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we have a replacement for this T-Lock shoe but I'll need to see a photo of the end of the balance where it attaches to determine the best option. There may be a chance you'll need to replace the entire balance assembly.

As I suspected, your balances have a grove at the end of them, so our 1" T-Lock Shoe would not be compatible with it. That said, you will need to replace the entire balance channel to complete your repairs.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement but I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment and how it installs at the top of the window. I'll also need to know the length of the metal channel and the stamp on it.

If the balance does not have a stamp, I'll need to know the exact weight of the widow sash.
