pivot shoe ?

Hello Swisco Teams !
I have old windows and pivot shoe is hides by plastic molding and travel up/down with window sash I need to know what is pivot shoe is ? Thank you.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I do not recognize the hardware shown in your photos. If there is a pivot shoe behind the cover in your jamb track, we would need to see it removed from the window to determine if we could supply a suitable replacement. Thank you.

I do not recognize the hardware shown in your photos. It looks like you may have a pressure shoe that is unique to the window manufacturer and is most likely not available to the open market. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
