For the tilt latch, see our 26-359. I think you'll find that these parts all match up to the originals, but make sure to review our dimensions first before you buy anything.

I'm less confident about the spiral balance. These windows usually use our 9/16" diameter Series 600, but yours has a bit of a peculiar design. Before I say anything for sure, would it be at all possible to see a photo of yours removed? I'm especially interested in seeing a picture of that white bearing at the bottom end of the tube from the underside. Can you also tell me if anything is printed on the tube? A weight rating or code of some kind?
