We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see a photo of the pivot shoe removed from the window, as well as accurate dimensions for the width and thickness to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

pivot shoe is 2 1/8" x 1 1/4" x 17/32"

It looks like you have an older model that's not made anymore but I believe our 15-015 could work as a replacement. Take a look and confirm that all of the dimensions match up to make sure that this will work for you. Thanks for posting!
