Thanks for posting. The Series 600 Spiral Balance actually works with a ton of different pivot shoes. The exact size and shape of the shoe needed depends on the individual window. For this reason, the only reliable way to identify a replacement shoe is to remove an existing one, send a clear photo, and measure its width and thickness. Those dimensions are key to pivot shoe replacement, and they can only be accurately measured with the shoe removed from the window.
