need pivot shoe 1.25 inch by 2 inch by 9/16. What do I need to order?

Thanks for posting. See our 15-118 Pivot Shoe. It is 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick. It's a bit taller than what you report, but the height of pivot shoes really doesn't matter; it's the width and thickness that matter most. Doube-check your dimensions to ensure this matches what you need.
