Hello,

It looks like you may have a channel with a curved bottom where the T-lock shoe attaches. If so, you may need something like the 15-236. You'll need to remove your balance from the jamb to compare to the specifications of our T-lock shoe below.

If you need entirely new balances, we would need to see the pulley clip, stamp code and T-lock of your assembly fully removed from the window jamb. Thank you!
