Hi there,

This window shoe is the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. I'm confident it should be a match, but be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

These are often used with the 26-241 Pivot Bar.

The compatible coil spring is the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil. To determine the correct coil weight options, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the springs. If there are none, please see the video tutorial below.
