pivot shoe

Question

could someone help me identify this part for replacement? they measure 15/16 wide, 1 15/16 tall, 3/8" thick and the hole where the window sash connects to it is 3/8 wide and just under 1/4" tall. also my spiral window balances are 3/8" diameter and are all white )not bare metal is there a replacement for them also?
