pivot shoe

Question

have some replacement windows that need spiral balances and pivot shoes, they are the same window,but some shoes are marked 530c and others are 55vhs

I'm afraid those markings don't tell us what you have. We will need to see pictures of both the balance and the pivot shoe. I will also need to know measurements for both; specifically, the length and diameter of the balance tube, and the width and thickness of the pivot shoe.
