We have a tilt shoe that works with the Series 770 tilt balance: the 15-219. It has a metal center cam as opposed to your nylon blue one. You will need to compare the width (1-1/4") and the thickness (17/32") to see if it matches your shoe. If so, you can likely use 15-219.
