pivot shoe for aluminum better-bilt tilt window

A quick learner from USA says:
Is there an upgrade for the pivot shoe in the photo. I noticed that most pivot shoes are reinforced with a steel plate where the spiral balance comes through. The shoe pictured has been distorted by the tension in the balance and is binding the window in the channel. It looks like the 15-045 part number is the closest I can find to the picture.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
This looks like our 15-045 pivot shoe. This shoe is used for the aluminum tilt window where the braking action is on the side. I'm afraid there is no stronger version. The manufacturer only made one type.
