pivot shoe for my S900-17 balance?

A quick learner from Staten Island, NY says:
August 2, 2019
The spiral tilt window balance is a 17 inch length and 3/8 diameter. I found them on your website as S900-17. So far so good. When I took a look at the pivot shoe, it looks as shown in the picture but very different from the recommended 15-045. The one in the window is 2.5 inches in length.

Please advise. Thanks for your help.

Hello! I don't believe our 15-045 will work either, no. Would it be possible to remove your shoe from the window? The height doesn't really matter, but the width and thickness are vital. If you can give me those dimensions then I'm confident we can get you the right shoe.
