Thanks for your question. These type of pivot shoes are no longer made. However, we feel our 15-070 could do the trick in repairing your window. Look it over and see what you think.

The 15-170 works well for Thermal Guard windows. However I have found for older windows, sanding the 15-070 shoe down slightly on the back and sides is a big help. I believe this minor modification may be necessary due to the expansion and contraction of the metal balance/shoe pocket itself. Like for any brand of window,cleaning and lubricating the pivot shoe pocket with silicone spray is a must. This will insure the new shoes function smoothly, and also improves overall performance.
