pivot shoe replacement

Is this broken ? My wife was cleaning the windows and something popped and the window wasn't working properly.

Thank you for your post, Jamie. Although your pivot shoe is broken, I feel our 15-192 is the best option for a match. Take a closer look and see if this is correct. Your spring actually looks fine, so you won't need a replacement.
