pivot shoe and balancer

I need to see if I can get this identified. I have a home that needs this with the balancer that would go with this

Thanks for reaching out to us. The shoe shown in your photos reminds us of the 15-197 but take a look at the specifications and see if they match up with the old one. If they do, this would have to be a custom order since we don't have a stock balance that uses the 15-197 shoe. We'll just have to confirm a few things such as:

Length, width, and depth of the metal channel
How the balance attaches to the top of the window
Weight of the window sash
Number of balances you're looking to order

We may need more information after that depending on what you find. Just something to keep in mind. Thank you!
