Do you carry this attached lower window balance cam? Have attached bar and loaded female end. I need the pot metal bar only.

Thank you for your post. Starting with your pivot bar, our 26-041 should be considered. For the pivot shoe, our 15-045 may be what you are looking for. Reconfirm the measurements are a match. You may also want to consider the 75-006 charging tool. This will help attach your spiral balance to the pivot shoe.
