looking for a pair of pivot shoes for a Norandex single hung window, built and installed in 2003

Norandex windows have been known to use our 15-015. But I can by no means guarantee this is what you need. This hardware varies a lot even when you know the window brand, with rare exception. The only to know for sure is to remove the pivot shoe and compare to confirm. If uncertain, please send photos.
