Need to replace the cam for my pivot shoes

I have a grandview double hung window and I am looking for replacement cams inside the pivot shoe. Can you help

Thank you for posting. Unfortunately, many cams are not available separately. There is a good chance you will have to replace the pivot shoe.
I'd be happy to help you find a good match, but I am not sure what you have. Can you remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window and take a few pictures of it by itself? I will also need to know its thickness and width. Check out the video below to see how you can remove your pivot shoe.

I have pictures and sizing for shoes I need to replace. The top part mounts at half way point and the bottom part mounts at bottom. Held together by looks like a retractable spring. What is bad is where the window sets in the shoe. That part is broken. See pictures.

Thank you for the picture, that's a huge help. I would start by looking at our 15-175 shoe. Is this a match?
