pivot shoes for Quaker window

Question

I need an open slot 3/8 shoe in oblong shape.  I ordered what I thought were the correct items but they will not work.  What would be the correct shoe for my window (probably a Quaker window).

Greetings. Your pivot shoe has been discontinued, but our 15-045 shoe should fit in your window track. You'll have to switch your pivot bar to 26-297 to fit with the shoe. Let us know how it works out!
