Hello,

It looks like you have an old-style Metal Industries coil balance assembly. The pivot shoe would be our 15-180. If you need new coil springs as well, you can use the S190-840 based on the 8 stamped on your original coil. See the related parts shown on this page and let us know if you need anything else.
