Hello,

This looks like the old Milgard brand top sash guide. These aren't made anymore, unfortunately, but the good news is that you may be able to use our 18-009 as a substitute. The catch is that you have to trim off the top "edge" that sticks out from the body so it will fit in your sash frame. Review the dimensions below and see what you think. Thank you!
