plastic clip mounted on top side of sash

I purchased two new balances from Swisco last week, but when i went to install them one side wouldn't grab the balance. Upon investigation i found the plastic clip (pictured) was broken. The top (widest part) is 7/8 inch wide and the total length of the clip is 1 9/16 long.
