plastic glide

Home Owner from Las Vegas
I have 1997 Milgard single hung windows. I am looking for a part that I would call a sash glide or spacer. They clip on the sides of the sash to keep the window tight in the frame as it slides up and down. Tiny, plastic or nylon, about 1/2" high. I need several. Surely must be a common replacement part but I haven't been able to locate.

I'm not totally sure what part you're referring to. All kinds of clips and guides can be used in the side of a hung window. Please send a photo of this part so we can start to research it a bit. I think we will probably recognize it when we see it.

Hi!
I was reading this thread as it also applies to myself. I never saw any photos sent in to you for that inquiry. That said, I need to replace all of my old milgard single hung window glides also. I replaced the balancers already and WOW much better! Here is a photo of what I need. Photos of these little guys from both sides and one showing the little cut out area that the guide clips into. Can you provide these little glides?

Thank you,
Randy

Thanks for these photos! I do recognize this clip. It is technically a kind of face guide, though I refer to them as "J" clips due to their shape. The bad news is that we do not sell these and I am not certain if they're even made anymore. They are somewhat old these days and are unavailable for us to supply in general.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
