plastic guides for vertical tightening slide bar broken

A quick learner from 02865 says:
the plastic guide broke and the bar does not stay in place to lock in the window after cranking it into place. The window type i have is a casement window. I ordered a Right hand lock handle assembly for it in 2010. The part is listed as a NCCASE NEW CASTLE CASEMENT and the part number was 3013232 for that lock handle.

I need the plastic guides that guide the slide bar on the side of the crank handle

Please see our 39-448 tie bar guide, I think this will work well to repair your window.
