plastic part broke off

this part glides along track to close and open bay window....and cant find a replacement

I can't be sure based on your photo, but I suspect you may be showing part of a casement hinge. If so, this guide is not available separately, but there's a good chance that we can supply the entire hinge. To confirm, we'll need to see photos of an intact hinge to compare to our inventory.
