plastic part/plate needed that stops channel balance from wanting to pop out .

Just purchased several sets of this product: S371-28 : 28" Series 371 Channel Balance, but the window is missing the plastic part/plate that stops this channel balance from wanting to pop out, can you help me locate a replacement piece. Picture shows existing part in place and the other side of window that is missing one. Thank you
