plastic piece that holds window up cracked

can someone please help me identify the name/part number? At this stage, does the whole spring unit need to be replaced, or does this little plastic cracked piece usually resolve the issue?could i have part number for both?thank you

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, 15-181 Double Support Clip, and 15-182 Drums. This setup uses Series 190 Coil balance springs. This system is modular, meaning you only need to replace what is broken. Let us know if you have further questions.
