Hello,
Unfortunately, I have never come across a sliding door roller like yours. If you could write out the diameter of the wheel, the backset of the bracket, and confirm if it is for a front or rear closet door, that information will help us confirm if we can provide a suitable replacement. Thank you.

Thanks for the time looking into the problem. I have used a workaround to get the doors moving again. I used 1/2 rollers with a small backset and put them on the front of the doors. I do have a metal plate of about 1/2 in showing and will paint the same as the door.

It is OK. Thanks for taking the time to look. I was able to do a work around.
