plastic sliding mechanism

I have a kitchen made cabinets, and I noticed that one of the plastic sliding mechanism on the right hand side of my pull out shelf is broken. I would like to replace it however, I do not have a clue where I can get the item or if it's still in production.

One of your parts resembles a drawer spacer similar to the parts related on this page. The closest option would depend on the depth of your spacer compared to our dimensions. Take a look and thanks for posting!
