Many thanks for your post. It looks like you have a tilt-in window. You have either the Series 900 or Series 600 Spiral Balances, depending on their thickness. See the videos below. The pivot shoe might be the 15-188; it is 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. Remove and compare to confirm. For a charging tool see the 75-006.
