I received the shipment of 26-390 and 26-391 but the product does not fit. I have attached a few photos to show the broken tilt latch in comparison to the one you have shipped in hoping you can identify the correct product in your stock for us. Thank you, Andreas

I believe you need something like our 26-243 and 26-244, which are thicker versions of the one you purchased. I highly recommend carefully going over the dimensions we show on each product's store page to confirm that everything lines up before you purchase.
