I'm afraid I don't recognize it from these photos. Can you flip it over and show me the front side of it? Your photo only shows the back. Do you also still have the internal lever handle for me to look over?

Our main phone number can't accept photos. It's not a cell phone, it's our business line. The only way we can help is if you submit photos directly to this thread, just like you did with those first two pictures above.

Here you go. Got it to work

25 or 30 year old forever door.

Inch & 3/4 spacing.

Flat bar is for key lock(don't care)

I think square bar is eighth inch. I butchered it trying to make Wright handle work.

Thanks for your time.

Thanks for your time.

Didn't think it would be so difficult to replace lock.

Thank you so much, Keith. These photos are a huge help. What you have here is an old EMCO/Forever Door brand handle set. They made a ton of different kinds, of course, but this one had a pretty notable design.

The bad news is that I don't think they make these anymore. We don't sell them regardless, since customers would always complain about their quality. Instead, I recommend using something like our 40-177 or 40-152 as a substitute. You should be able to get one of these to work as a substitute if you're handy, but look them over and see what you think. They work a lot better than the original, too, in my opinion.
