Thanks for the additional photo. Your window balance can be replaced with the S378-27, S380-27 or the S385-27. To determine the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe.

For the stamp, I believe you can use the 2640 option but be sure to double check that your sash weighs between 19 to 26lbs.
