please identify suggested top sash guide

I am replacing a broken top sash guide. I plan to order the channel balancer 2830 which seems to be the best match for my window. I cannot find the top sash guide that exactly matches the original.

Check out our 18-180, Top Sash Guide. This is similar to your original and the measurements are close as well. Take a look and see if this is something that could work.
