Please assist in identifying this Atrium window channel. I'm guessing from the marking that it's 35" long.

Nope, this balance can work on both sides. As for the option, I'm thinking yours might be 3250 based on your stamp of "32-5," but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to be 100% sure. We have a chart on the S395-33 store page that shows you how much weight each option supports.
