I suspect this may be an extended-travel channel balance, which is a special type of window balance that is only available by custom order. We can help but we'll just need a bit more information before we get started.

• Can you show us some pictures of your top and bottom fittings from a few different angles? 
• Can you show us a picture of the metal clip at the end of your cord? 
• How many of these balances will you need? Our minimum for custom orders is 2.
