plunger pin question about measurements

Hello,
Looking at item 70-009, can you tell me how long the thick part of the pin is (the 7/32" part)?

I've bought some other pins and this 7/32" part was about 3/16" too long so when the pin is installed in the screen, and the pin is fully retracted it still sticks out of the screen too much.

On the existing pins, the 7/32" part is ~3/8" long....the "too long" pins it is around 1/2"-5"8" long. Overall length is 1 1/2" inches.

Both pins are the same length. The large bulb tip of 70-008 is 13/32", and the 70-009 is 11/32". Some customers have trimmed the "collar" of the black cap to make these pins fit; this may work for you in a pinch. However, I don't think either of these pins is short enough for your screen, honestly. Look at 70-195 as a possible replacement, with that in mind.
