I sure do hope you can help me find a replacement roller for my customer's pocket door
This part is the only one I have. He says the other one is completely gone. Rollers are 5/16" thick, 1-5/16" in diameter.

I'm afraid I don't recognize this part. I can at least tell you with confidence that we don't carry anything that matches.
Since this is a pocket door, there's a good chance you won't find this anywhere except maybe eBay, and that's only assuming you're lucky. Pocket doors just aren't as popular as they used to be and replacement parts like this are more or less collector's items.
The only thing I can recommend is to replace the whole kit and kaboodle with a new track kit like our 23-251 or 23-252. I know that's not ideal, but unless you strike gold I don't think you have many other options in front of you.
